Program Participants definition

Program Participants means, for any CRP, the Centers (other than the Lead Center for such CRP) and any Partner receiving funding for activities under such CRP that are funded by the CGIAR Fund.

Program Participants means manufacturers, vendors, or resale agents that sell designated, energy-efficient products that meet the specifications of and who have chosen to participate in, the ENERGY STAR Labelling Program by registering or entering an agreement with the Management Entity of either Party;

Program Participants means the Centers and any entity engaged in research activities for implementation of the SRF under the purview of the Consortium, whether through contractual arrangements emanating from the Consortium and Centers or otherwise, including such research partners as the national agricultural research centers, other public sector entities, private companies and other private sector entities.

Examples of Program Participants in a sentence

• The Lead Center may use Windows 1 and 2 Funds to partner or subcontract with Program Participants for the implementation and completion of this CRP.

• The Lead Center agrees, and shall require all Program Participants to agree, that all yet-to-be spent or committed Windows 1 and 2 Funds, which have been disbursed to the Lead Center or any such Program Participant, must be invested in highly liquid investments (such as an interest-bearing bank account) with the primary objective of preserving principal so that they remain available for funding of this CRP in the manner described in this PIA.

• None of the Fund Donors, the Trustee, the Fund Office or the Consortium shall be responsible for the activities of any person or third party engaged by the Lead Center, any Center or any Program Participants with use of Windows 1 and 2 Funds or as a result of this PIA, or any Window 3 Transfer Agreement or Subagreement; nor will the Fund Donors, the Trustee, Fund Office or Consortium be liable for any costs incurred by such recipients in terminating the engagement of any such person.

• The Lead Center and any Program Participants may freely exchange Windows 1 and 2 Funds into other currencies as may facilitate their use and disbursement.

• The Lead Center shall work collaboratively with the Centers and Program Participants to ensure that this CRP is implemented in compliance with this PIA.

More Definitions of Program Participants

Program Participants means the individuals or groups who have adopted sections of highways. Civic and non-profit organizations, and commercial and private enterprises may be selected as groups for the purpose of adopting a section of highway.

Program Participants means, individually and collectively, each Eligible Claimant who participates in the Program, either by opting in, or by declining to opt out, as the circumstances require.

Program Participants has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1.01.

Program Participants means the Department, CEO and independent schools who have agreed to host an Intern and “Program Participant” means one of them. “Personal Information” means information or an opinion (information or an opinion forming part of a database) whether true or not and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be ascertained, from the information or opinion.

Program Participants means the Department, CEO and independent schools who have agreed to host a Graduate Intern and “Program Participant” means one of them.

Program Participants means the local health departments participating in the Program, including Grantee.

Program Participants means any employee, staff, research assistant, consultant, contractor or agent of a Party who participates in the Research Program, including without limitation, the Principal Investigator, the Alnylam Principal Scientist, the AlCana Principal Scientist and the AlCana Key Scientists.
