Program Rights definition

Program Rights means all rights of the Station to broadcast television programs or shows as part of the Station’s programming, including all film and program barter agreements, sports rights agreements, news rights or service agreements, affiliation agreements and syndication agreements.
Program Rights means rights to broadcast and rebroadcast television programs, feature films, shows or other television programming.

Program Rights means all rights of the Company, presently existing or obtained prior to the Closing, to broadcast television programs, movies, and films, including all film and program rights under barter agreements, as a part of the programming for the Station, for which the Company is obligated to compensate the vendor of such Program Rights.
