Programme of Investment definition

Programme of Investment means the arrangements established by the Delivery Body and approved by the Technical Oversight Group for the holding, allocation and investment of SAMM Contributions paid to the Delivery Body in accordance with the principles set out in Schedule 3 as may be varied from time to time by agreement between the Parties or by decision of the Technical Oversight Group.

  • All three Flood Risk Management Plans (FRMPs) in the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council area (Deansgrange/Loughlinstown/Shanganagh, Carysfort-Maretimo and Old Connaught Wilford) have been included in the Ten-Year €1 billion Programme of Investment in Flood Relief Measures with Deansgrange/Loughlinstown/Shanganagh included in the first tranche of €257 million in funding for 50 new flood relief schemes to proceed to detailed design.

  • Any income which will not be expected to be applied to Project Deliverables within the following three years will be available to be invested in accordance with the Programme of Investment.

  • The Programme of Investment and the Project Deliverables will be reviewed each year in terms of costings.

  • However, if it appears that the amount of expenditure from the EFSA leaves insufficient funds for investment to meet the aims in paragraph 7.1 then the Delivery Body may propose amendments to the Project Deliverables and Programme of Investment for approval of the Parties either directly or through the Technical Oversight Group.

  • The Delivery Body will not be expected to fund the costs of managing the implementation and monitoring of the Project, or the Programme of Investment or the Project Deliverables from its own resources.

Related to Programme of Investment

  • Minimum Investment means an investment in the project of at least two and one‑half million dollars within the investment period. If a county has an average annual unemployment rate of at least twice the state average during the last twenty‑four month period based on data available on the most recent November first, the minimum investment is one million dollars. The department shall designate these reduced investment counties by December thirty‑first of each year using data from the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce and the United States Department of Commerce. The designations are effective for a sponsor whose fee agreement is signed in the calendar year following the county designation. For all purposes of this chapter, the minimum investment may include amounts expended by a sponsor or sponsor affiliate as a nonresponsible party in a voluntary cleanup contract on the property pursuant to Article 7, Chapter 56, Title 44, the Brownfields Voluntary Cleanup Program, if the Department of Health and Environmental Control certifies completion of the cleanup. If the amounts under the Brownfields Voluntary Cleanup Program equal at least one million dollars, the investment threshold requirement of this chapter is deemed to have been met.

  • Zone of Initial Dilution means the region surrounding or adjacent to the end of an outfall pipe or diffuser ports whose boundaries are defined through calculation of a plume model verified by the State Water Board.

  • Standard Investment Period means the period beginning with the first day of any purchase or acquisition of Economic Development Property and ending five (5) years after the Commencement Date.

  • Alternative Investments means investments in the said State which are within the ability and competence of the Company or of corporations which are related to the Company for the purposes of the Companies (Western Australia) Code and which are approved by the Minister from time to time as alternative investments for the purpose of this Agreement (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld in the case of an investment which would add value or facilitate the addition of value, beyond mining, to the mineral resources of the said State);”;

  • Private Investment means a securities offering that is exempt from registration under certain provisions of the U.S. securities laws and/or similar laws of non-U.S. jurisdictions. It includes investments in hedge funds, private equity funds, limited partnerships, real estate, peer to peer lending clubs and private businesses.

  • Nonpurpose Investment means any investment property, as defined in section 148(b) of the Code, in which Gross Proceeds of the Bonds are invested and which is not acquired to carry out the governmental purposes of the Bonds.

  • Family of Investment Companies as used herein means two or more registered investment companies (or series thereof) that have the same investment adviser or investment advisers that are affiliated (by virtue of being majority owned subsidiaries of the same parent or because one investment adviser is a majority owned subsidiary of the other).

  • PIPE Investment has the meaning specified in the Recitals hereto.

  • Prior Period Investments means investments made in a previous evaluation period that are outstanding as of the examination date.

  • Special Purpose Investment Personnel means each SEI Access Person who, in connection with his or her regular functions (including, where appropriate, attendance at Board meetings and other meetings at which the official business of a Trust or any Fund thereof is discussed or carried on), obtains contemporaneous information regarding the purchase or sale of a Security by a Fund. Special Purpose Investment Personnel shall occupy this status only with respect to those Securities as to which he or she obtains such contemporaneous information.

  • Qualified equity investment means any equity investment in, or long-term debt security issued by, a qualified community development entity that:

  • Equity Investment means (i) an Equity Security; and (ii) an ownership interest in any company or other entity, any membership interest that includes a voting right in any company or other entity, any interest in real estate; and any investment or transaction which in substance falls into any of these categories even though it may be structured as some other form of investment or transaction.

  • Follow-On Investment means an additional investment in the same issuer, including, but not limited to, through the exercise of warrants, conversion privileges or other rights to purchase securities of the issuer.

  • Desjardins Investments means Desjardins Investments Inc. “DFSF” means Desjardins Financial Services Firm Inc. “DSFI” means Desjardins Financial Security Investments Inc. “DSI” means Desjardins Securities Inc.

  • Minority Investment means any Person (other than a Subsidiary) in which the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary owns Capital Stock.

  • Net Investment means (i) as it relates to the Stockholders, the total amount of Gross Proceeds raised in all Offerings; and (ii) as it relates to the Limited Partners (other than the General Partner in its capacity as a Limited Partner) the total amount of Capital Contributions.

  • Capital investment means an investment in real property, personal property, or both, at a

  • Minimum capital or "minimum required capital" means the capital that must be constantly maintained by a stock insurance corporation as required by statute.

  • Investment Period means, and shall be equal to, the Standard Investment Period.

  • Alternative Investment Vehicle means an entity created in accordance with the Operative Documents of a Borrower to make investments and that has the right to call on Capital Commitments directly from Investors.

  • Equity Investments shall have the meaning provided in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Joint Trading Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Restricted Payment Conditions is defined in Section 10.9.

  • Investment Term : means the period from the Investment Start Date to maturity.

  • Canadian Investment Manager designation means the designation earned through the Canadian investment manager program prepared and administered by CSI Global Education Inc. and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;

  • Investment Capital Expenditures means capital expenditures other than Maintenance Capital Expenditures and Expansion Capital Expenditures.
