Examples of Prohibited Use in a sentence
Tenant shall not use or occupy or permit the use or occupancy of any part of the Premises in a manner constituting a Prohibited Use.
As used herein, a "Discretionary Action" is an intended action, activity or improvement that is not a Required Action or a Permitted Use, and does not involve a Prohibited Use.
If Tenant uses the Premises for a purpose constituting a Prohibited Use, violating any Requirement, or causing the Building to be in violation of any Requirement, then Tenant shall promptly discontinue such use upon notice of such violation.
