prohibitions and restrictions means non-tariff regulatory measures applicable to goods moved across the customs border of the Union, including those imposed unilaterally in accordance with the Union Treaty, the measures of technical regulation, sanitary, veterinary-sanitary and quarantine phytosanitary measures, export control measures, including the measures in respect of military purpose products and radiation requirements established in accordance with the Union Treaty and/or the Member States’ legislation.
