Project Administrator definition

Project Administrator means the individual, set forth in the applicable Task Order, employed by Mass Tech Collaborative who shall have secondary responsibility for managing the Project for Mass Tech Collaborative.
Project Administrator means the person the Director designates to monitor the progress of all Partiesperformance under this Agreement. Except as may otherwise be provided by law, a dispute that (1) does not involve a question of law; (2) arises during the performance of this Agreement; and (3) is not resolved between the Project Administrator and Contractor must be handled as described below:
