Examples of Project Agreement Members in a sentence

  • The business of the Project Agreement Members under this Project Agreement shall be conducted by a Committee consisting of one member appointed by each Project Agreement Member.

  • Project Agreement Members may also appoint one or more alternate Committee members, which alternate(s) shall assume the duties of the Committee member in case of absence or unavailability of such member.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Project Agreement, the rights and duties of the Project Agreement Members may not be assigned or delegated without the written consent of the other Project Agreement Members and the Authority, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • However, a withdrawing member shall have no liability for any change order or extensions of any contractor’s work that the remaining Project Agreement Members agree to after the withdrawing Member provides written notice of withdrawal.

  • The purpose of this Project Agreement is to permit the Authority and the Project Agreement Members to continue development of the Project in the name of the Authority consistent with the Joint Powers Agreement.

  • The Project Agreement Members shall contribute their respective pro-rata share of the budgeted sums in accordance with Section 5 of this Project Agreement; provided, however, that in no event shall the amount paid by a Project Agreement Member exceed $60 per acre-foot without the approval of such Project Agreement Member.

  • Management Members shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Management Member means any Member that is an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Bargaining Unit Member or “employee” means a University employee who is included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2: “Recognition and Scope”.

  • Unit Member means any certificated employee of the district who is included in the appropriate unit as defined in Article 2 and therefore covered by the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • Student Member means the member of ICCB who has been selected by ICCB's Student Advisory Committee. The student member has all the privileges of membership defined in Section 2-3 of the Act.

  • Independent Member of the board means a member of the board who has no business, family or other relationship that raises a conflict of interests regarding the CCP concerned or its controlling shareholders, its management or its clearing members, and who has had no such relationship during the five years preceding his membership of the board;

  • JV Agreement each partnership or limited liability company agreement (or similar agreement) between a North American Group Member or one of its Subsidiaries and the relevant JV Partner as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Agent Members has the meaning provided in Section 2.07(a).

  • Project Agreement means the agreement between the Bank and the Project Implementing Entity of even date herewith, as the same may be amended from time to time; and such term includes all schedules and agreements supplemental to the Project Agreement.

  • MCIP Agreement means the Agreement for the Development of a Joint County Industrial and Business Park (2010 Park) dated as of December 1, 2010, as amended, between the County and Xxxxxxxx County, South Carolina, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time, or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Special Source Revenue Credits to the Company hereunder.

  • Unitholder means a person holding units in the scheme of the Mutual Fund.

  • LLC Agreement means the Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company, as amended from time to time pursuant to its terms.

  • Member Agreement means collectively the Membership and Account Agreement and any other account information provided to you by us from time to time.

  • Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Project Participants means the entities and professionals assembled by the Applicant or Co-Applicants to own, develop and manage the project, including, but not limited to the Applicant or Co-Applicant, Project Sponsor, the Equity Investor, contractor, property manager and Consultant.

  • Initial LLC Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Consortium Member means a company specified in Recital (B) as a member of the Consortium;}

  • Sponsor Management Agreement means the Management Agreement between certain of the management companies associated with the Sponsors and the Borrower.
