Project Capital Expenditures definition

Project Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures consisting of new construction (including, without limitation, the construction of the New Tower) or other capital improvements.

Project Capital Expenditures means all Capital Expenditures made by the Company and its Subsidiaries through December 31, 1996, for the construction of the Valdosta, Georgia facility and the methanol facility located in Texas City, Texas.

• To evidence its compliance with the foregoing obligations, Lessee shall spend, or have plans in place reasonably acceptable to Omega to spend, for Special Project Capital Expenditures at least Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) (on a cumulative basis) by September 30, 2001 and shall spend, or have plans in place reasonably acceptable to Omega to spend, for Special Project Capital Expenditures the required One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) (on a cumulative basis) by May 31, 2002.

More Definitions of Project Capital Expenditures

Project Capital Expenditures means the actual amount of capital expenditures for the projects set forth on Schedule 1.1-BCE and which are incurred by Seller during the Interim Period, which for purposes of clarification shall not include allocations of any indirect costs or overhead.

Project Capital Expenditures means (a) the previously consummated purchase of approximately one hundred seventy two (172) queen size Serta mattresses and six (6) king size Serta mattresses for a cost of approximately Fifty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Eighteen Dollars ($57,418.00) plus shipping (the “Serta Expenditure”); (b) the previously consummated purchase of a new Micros server and ancillary equipment at a cost of approximately Twenty Six Thousand Dollars ($26,000.00) (the “Micros Expenditure”) and (c) all other expenditures for new equipment, Fixtures and other capital improvements (excluding maintenance expenses) with respect to the Business of Seller. Purchaser’s execution of this Agreement shall be deemed to be consent to reimbursement of fifty percent (50%) of the Serta Expenditure and the Micros Expenditure.

Project Capital Expenditures has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(o).

Project Capital Expenditures means (i) the purchase of one hundred seventy two (172) queen size Serta mattresses and six (6) king size Serta mattresses for a cost of approximately Fifty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Eighteen Dollars ($57,418.00) plus shipping (the Serta Expenditure”) and (ii) all other expenditures for new equipment, fixtures and other capital improvements (excluding maintenance expenses) with respect to the Business of Seller. Purchaser’s execution of this Agreement shall be deemed to be consent to reimbursement of fifty percent (50%) of the Serta Expenditure.

Project Capital Expenditures is defined in Section 4.5.

Project Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures incurred with respect to a radio station for (i) the construction or relocation of Station facilities; (ii) the construction of new tower and transmitting equipment; and (iii) the upgrade of radio signals, which are incurred no earlier than twelve months after the acquisition of such Station.

Project Capital Expenditures means each of the expenditures listed on Section 4.5 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, and all other expenditures for new equipment, fixtures and other capital improvements (excluding maintenance expenses) with respect to the business operations of SGF; provided however, that Purchaser will not be obligated to reimburse Seller for any Project Capital Expenditures listed on Section 4.5 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule unless Purchaser has consented to such expenditure as contemplated by the first sentence of this Section 4.5.
