  • The Project Commissioning Plan shall list the procedures the Contractor intends to use to ensure that Equipment is brought through pre-commissioning, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Tests and Substantial Completion of each Subproject safely and in accordance with Attachment V of the Agreement.
