Project Completion Date definition
Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
Project Completion Date means the date set out in Section 2.3 on which the Applicant anticipates completing the Project, understood to be the Milestone Completion Date of the last Milestone as indicated in Schedule D;
Project Completion Date means the date on which the Provisional Certificate is issued and, in the event, no Provisional Certificate is issued, the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

The Borrower may request withdrawals and transfers from the T5 Construction Account from time to time after the Project Completion Date by submitting a duly completed and executed Withdrawal Certificate, accompanied by a Notice of Project Costs, to the T5 Accounts Bank and the T5 Collateral Agent no more frequently than four times per calendar month in accordance with Section 3.1(i).
The T5 Collateral Agent shall promptly deliver written notice of the occurrence of the Project Completion Date to the T5 Accounts Bank.
