Examples of Project Completion Date in a sentence
No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer.
The Project Completion Date is defined as the date by which all services and obligations outlined in Exhibit “A” shall be fully performed and delivered to the satisfaction of the County.
The parties acknowledge and agree that the Project Completion Date is initially set to be six (6) months from the Effective Date, however this date may be amended at the sole discretion of the County.
The obligations outlined in this Section 12.2 hereof shall terminate on the Project Completion Date.
The Grantee must incur all reimbursable Project costs between the Agreement Effective Date and the Project Completion Date.
