Project Completion Date definition

Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

Project Completion Date means the date set out in Section 2.3 on which the Applicant anticipates completing the Project, understood to be the Milestone Completion Date of the last Milestone as indicated in Schedule D;

Project Completion Date means the date on which Recipient completes the Project.

• No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer.

• The Project Completion Date is defined as the date by which all services and obligations outlined in Exhibit “A” shall be fully performed and delivered to the satisfaction of the County.

• The parties acknowledge and agree that the Project Completion Date is initially set to be six (6) months from the Effective Date, however this date may be amended at the sole discretion of the County.

• The obligations outlined in this Section 12.2 hereof shall terminate on the Project Completion Date.

• The Grantee must incur all reimbursable Project costs between the Agreement Effective Date and the Project Completion Date.

More Definitions of Project Completion Date

Project Completion Date means the date on which the Provisional Certificate is issued and, in the event, no Provisional Certificate is issued, the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

Project Completion Date means the date specified in the agreement on which the Scope of Work will be fully completed. This term is only used in loan agreements.

Project Completion Date means the earliest date on which all of the following apply:

Project Completion Date means the Recipient must complete its Project under this Agreement by March 31, 2020.

Project Completion Date means the date by which a recipient of project completion assistance has agreed to meet all the terms and obligations contained in an agreement with the authority.
