Project Component definition

Project Component means any of the components of the Project as described in Schedule B2 (Project Components and Cashflow).
Project Component means any structural or operational change, resulting from the Restudy, to the Central and Southern Florida Project as it existed and was operated as of January 1, 1999.
Project Component means a combination of new equipment, complementary Infrastructure (if any) that supports the new equipment, baseline equipment, equipment Location that reduces NOx emissions, and timing of NOx reductions. A project component can be (i) the scrapping and replacing an airport GSE, port CHE, or forklift, (ii) the scrapping and replacing a marine engine to repower a ferry, tugboat, or towboat, or (iii) the installing of shore power at a berth.

More Definitions of Project Component

Project Component means any one of the parts of the Project’s development program.
