Project Cure Period definition

Project Cure Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(c)(iv).

Examples of Project Cure Period in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt the Permitted Extensions and the Project Cure Period are sequential.

  • Seller may further extend the Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date beyond the already extended Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date subject to the same terms applicable to the original extension; provided, however, that the total of all extensions under this clause (i) shall not exceed the Project Cure Period.

  • The Guaranteed Initial Energy Delivery Date may be extended on a day for day basis equal to the number of days allowed for (A) any Permitted Extension and any Project Cure Period, as authorized under and exercised in accordance with Section 3.9(c)(iii)(A)(II) and Section 3.9(c)(iv), respectively, and (B) any Initial Extension and any Additional Extension that is accepted, as authorized under and exercised in accordance with Section 3.1(c)(ii).

Related to Project Cure Period

  • Cure Period means the period specified in this Agreement for curing any breach or default of any provision of this Agreement by the Party responsible for such breach or default and shall:

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;

  • Qualified Project Period means Qualified Project Period as defined in Section 142(d) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Project Period means the period es- tablished in the award document dur- ing which Federal sponsorship begins and ends.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Normal Operating Conditions means those Service conditions which are within the control of Grantee. Those conditions which are not within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, telephone network outages, and severe or unusual weather conditions. Those conditions which are ordinarily within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, special promotions, pay-per-view events, rate increases, regular peak or seasonal demand periods, and maintenance or upgrade of the Cable System.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.
