Project Facility definition

Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.
Project Facility means all tangible or intangible property financed in whole or in part with Tax-Exempt Bonds that are (1) functionally related or integrated in use, (2) located on the same physical site or proximate sites, and (3) expected to be Placed In Service within a one-year period of each other.
Project Facility means one or more facilities or capital projects, including land, building, equipment, or other property, financed in whole or in part with proceeds of an issue of Tax-Exempt Bonds and other sources of funds, if any, pursuant to the same plan of finance.

  • Upon receipt of such a report from the Independent Engineer and after conducting its own inspection, if the Authority is of the opinion that the Project Facility is not fit and safe for commercial service, it shall, within 7 (seven) days of receiving the aforesaid report, notify the Concessionaire of the defects and deficiencies in the Project Facilities and direct the Independent Engineer to withhold issuance of the Provisional Certificate or Completion Certificate, as the case may be.

More Definitions of Project Facility

Project Facility means, collectively, the Land, the Facility and the Equipment.
