Project Highway definition

Project Highway means the Site comprising the existing road {, proposed bypasses and tunnels} forming part of [NH-** from km ** to km **] and all Project Assets, and its subsequent development and augmentation in accordance with this Agreement;

Project Highway means the Site comprising Construction of Balance work of Two-lane with paved shoulder of Joram-Koloriang Road (NH-713) on EPC Basis from existing Km 50.050 to km 70.000 [Design Km44+000 to Km 59.363]( Design length-15.363 Km) the State of Arunachal Pradesh under SARDP-NE. and all Project Assets, and its subsequent development and augmentation in accordance with this Agreement;

Project Highway or “highway” shall mean any road or bypass that is constructed, operated or maintained under a concession agreement;

Examples of Project Highway in a sentence

• For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that use of the Site under this Clause 9.3 shall not in any manner relieve the Contractor of its obligation to construct and maintain the Project Highway in accordance with this Agreement and any damage caused by such use shall be restored forthwith at the cost of the Authority.

• The Contractor shall ensure and procure that at all times during the Maintenance Period, the Project Highway conforms to the maintenance requirements set forth in Schedule-E (the “Maintenance Requirements”).
