Developer shall furnish Project Inspector(s) reasonable opportunities for obtaining such information as may be necessary to keep Project Inspector(s) fully informed respecting progress and manner of work and character of materials, including, but not limited to, submission of form DSA 156 (or the most current version applicable at the time the Work is performed) to the Project Inspector at least 48 hours in advance of the commencement and completion of construction of each and every aspect of the Work.
More than two (2) requests of the District to make a final inspection shall be considered an additional service of District, Architect, Construction Manager, and/or Project Inspector, and all subsequent costs will be invoiced to Developer and if funds are available, withheld from remaining payments.
District representatives, Architect, and Project Inspector shall at all times have access to the Work wherever it is in preparation or in progress.
All records maintained hereunder shall be subject to inspection, review and/or reproduction by the District, the Construction Manager and the Architect or the Project Inspector upon request.
Contractor shall notify the Architect and Project Inspector, in writing, of the commencement and completion of construction of each and every aspect of the work at least 48 hours in advance by submitting form DSA 156 (or current version) to the Project Inspector.
