Project Inspector means the person or persons employed or engaged as (an) independent contractor(s) by District to inspect the performance of the Work by Contractor for compliance with the Contract Documents. The Project Inspector is hereby designated as an agent of District for such purpose and no other. The Project Inspector is supervised by, and reports to, District.
