Project IPR definition

Project IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights that arise or are obtained or developed by either party, or by a contractor on behalf of either party, in respect of the Deliverables in the course of or in connection with the Project;
Project IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights created, discovered, or developed in the performance of the Services or development of Products for Apple under the PO, or otherwise created, discovered, or developed using Apple Confidential Information.
Project IPR means any specific technical know-how, confidential information or other Intellectual Property developed pursuant to the Alliance.

More Definitions of Project IPR

Project IPR means Copyrights, Trade Secret Rights and Project Patent Rights, to Project Technology.
Project IPR means any information, data, reports, documents, procedures, forecasts, technology, Know-How and any other Intellectual Property Rights developed during the Grant Period
Project IPR means all IPR other than the Service Provider IPR, arising as a result of or in connection with the performance of the Services including in any Deliverables, Specifically Written Software, and any proposals, information, data, documents and reports, whether accepted or rejected, which are developed or delivered pursuant to the provision of or relating to the Services;

Project IPR means any IPR constituting cell lines, cell line cultivation, crustacean cell or meat products, media formulation, methods of testing cells and/or cell lines, methodologies, independent utilities, tools and programs, processes and materials, or unique software (whether object or source code) including any updates, upgrades or improvements to all of the foregoing that: (i) are submitted to SPONSOR in the Proposal and during the course of the Project; (ii) are developed by SPONSOR or any other employee, contractor, advisor or other sponsor personnel as a direct result of the Project, including any collaboration between SPONSOR and Awardee in connection to the Project; and (iii) relate to testing the Awardee Background IP or integrating the Awardee Background IP with the SPONSOR Background IP, or any improvements thereof.
