Examples of Project Partnerships in a sentence
Upon disclosure to the Company and the other Members, any Member or its Affiliates may provide energy trading, engineering and other services to the Company or the Project Partnerships at market prices and on market terms, in accordance with the general procedures for approval of contractual obligations of the Company or the applicable Project Partnership.
During any period of Dispute with respect to the Initial Business Plan, the business plan for the Company and the Project Partnerships in effect at the Effective Date shall be extended to the extent necessary to continue the short-term operation of the Company and the Project Partnerships.
During the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the Closing Date (unless this Agreement shall be terminated prior to a Closing), the business and affairs of IGP and the Project Partnerships will be conducted only in their ordinary course, and neither IGP nor any of the Project Partnerships must experience any adverse change in their respective business, properties, aspects or prospects.
Upon formation of such Project Partnerships, subject to the provisions of Section 1.2(b) below, St. Joe ▇▇▇ll cause each St. Joe ▇▇▇perty to be contributed to a Project Partnership.
Such payment or payments will be made, according to the partnership agreements of the Project Partnerships and the Management Agreement for the Subject Properties, at the time the Project Partnerships make the cash distributions to the partners on March 31, 2010.
