Project Permits definition

Project Permits means all permits, licenses or other third-party approvals necessary or convenient for the acquisition, construction, management or operation of the Project, including all permits, licenses or other third-party approvals required so that a Project Participant may use Water Offsets.
Project Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(a).
Project Permits means all of the permits listed on the Transfer Plan.

Examples of Project Permits in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event the Developer has not obtained all necessary Project Permits within one (1) year after the Effective Date, the Town may terminate this Agreement, and the Parties shall have no further obligations to each other.

More Definitions of Project Permits

Project Permits has the meaning specified in Section 6.1(s).
Project Permits means all permits, approvals, consents and licenses issued or granted by governmental authorities, necessary or appropriate to the construction, completion and occupancy of the Project.
Project Permits means those Authorizations for the development and operation of the Mining Properties, as defined in Section 7.1(ll).

Project Permits means all Permits required by applicable Law and Prudent Operating Practices for the development, design, engineering, supply, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, maintenance, repair, ownership, and use of the Project at the Project Site, all of which are listed on Part A of Schedule 1.1(b).
Project Permits means any permit, license, exception, action, order, authorization, assent, consent or approval for the Facility and any amendments, modifications, supplements or additions thereto, of which Operator has been provided notice by Owner.
Project Permits means those Authorizations for the development and operation of the Goldwedge Project, as defined in Section 7.1(ll).
