Project Permits definition

Project Permits means all permits, approvals, consents, and licenses issued or granted by governmental authorities, necessary or appropriate to the construction, completion, and occupancy of the Project.

Project Permits means all permits, licenses or other third-party approvals necessary or convenient for the acquisition, construction, management or operation of the Project, including all permits, licenses or other third-party approvals required so that a Project Participant may use Water Offsets.

Project Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(a).

• A complete, signed application form “Water Resources Application for Project Permits (WRAPP)” (Form 3500-053).

More Definitions of Project Permits

Project Permits means all of the permits listed on the Transfer Plan.
