Project Phase definition

Project Phase means, with respect to any Train, the portion of the Project associated with such Train.

Project Phase means a defined activity, objective or period as set out in the applicable SOW during which Add-On Services will be provided.

Project Phase means a discrete, five year or lesser construction timeframe of development, including the local government issuance of certificates of occupancy for that construction or its functional occupancy.

• Notwithstanding anything else, the City shall have the right to place on or under the SkyParkes’ structures reasonable traffic control, directional, street and similar identification signs, provided such signs do not materially interfere with the Project Phase.
