Project Plan definition

Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
Project Plan means the research (and development) Project and all work to be performed as part of this Project including the allocation of the work and Budget, as set out in the Project Application;
Project Plan or “Project Plans” means the plans describing the Services to be performed by Lonza under this Agreement, including any update and amendment of the Project Plan to which the Parties may agree from time to time. The initial Project Plans are attached hereto as Appendix A.

Project Plan means a plan:
Project Plan means a properly approved Plan for the development or redevelopment of a tax incremental district including all properly approved amendments thereto as recommended pursuant to SDCL § 11-9-13.
