Project Preparation Advance definition
Project Preparation Advance is modified to read “Preparation Advance” and its definition is modified to read as follows:
Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated April 28, 1994 and May 21, 1994 between the Borrower and the Association;
Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the International Development Association (the Association) to the Borrower pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Association on April 07, 2005 and on behalf of the Borrower on May 11, 2005;
Examples of Project Preparation Advance in a sentence
The unwithdrawn balance of the authorized amount of the Project Preparation Advance shall thereupon be canceled.
More Definitions of Project Preparation Advance
Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated November 7, 1997 and November 25, 1997, and October 7, 1998 and October 22, 1998 respectively, between the Borrower and the Association;
Project Preparation Advance means the advance referred to in Section 2.07 of the General Conditions, granted by the Association to the Recipient pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Association on December 13, 2007 and on behalf of the Recipient on January 8, 2008.

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to a letter of agreement dated April 28, 1992 between the Borrower and the Association;
Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated May 22, 1997 and June 4, 1997, between the Borrower and the Association.
