Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated June 15, 1990 and June 21, 1990 between the Borrower and the Association;

Project Preparation Advance is modified to read “Preparation Advance” and its definition is modified to read as follows:

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the International Development Association (the Association) to the Borrower pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Association on April 07, 2005 and on behalf of the Borrower on May 11, 2005;

Examples of Project Preparation Advance in a sentence

The unwithdrawn balance of the authorized amount of the Project Preparation Advance shall thereupon be canceled.

More Definitions of Project Preparation Advance

Project Preparation Advance means the advance referred to in Section 2.07 of the General Conditions, granted by the Association to the Recipient pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Association on April 18, 2008 and on behalf of the Recipient on April 30, 2008 under the reference XXX Q6130.

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Bank to the Borrower pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Bank on November 25, 1998, and on behalf of the Borrower on December 3, 1998;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Bank to the Borrower pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Bank on November 15, 1994, and on behalf of the Borrower on December 13, 1994;

Project Preparation Advance means the project prepara- tion advances granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters, dated November 21, 1987, and December 4, 1987; and June 6, 1988 and June 13, 1988, between the Borrower and the Association;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Bank to the Borrower pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Bank on October 3, 2000 and on behalf of the Borrower on November 16, 2000, and the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Association on April 29, 2003 and on behalf of the Borrower on May 2, 2003;

Project Preparation Advance means the advance referred to in Section 2.07(a) of the General Conditions, granted by the Bank to the Borrower pursuant to the letter agreements signed: (a) on behalf of the Bank on June 11, 2004 and on behalf of the Borrower on June 29, 2004 (P4080); and (b) on behalf of the Bank on March 30, 2005 and on behalf of the Borrower on April 5, 2005 (P4081).

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance Granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Association on October 10, 2001 and on behalf of the Borrower on November 6, 2001.
