Project Preparation Advance is modified to read “Preparation Advance” and its definition is modified to read as follows:

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to exchanges of letters dated December 15, 1989, December 28, 1989, May 2, 1991 and May 7, 1991 between the Borrower and the Association;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Association on April 13, 1999 and on behalf of the Borrower on May 25, 1999;

The unwithdrawn balance of the authorized amount of the Project Preparation Advance shall thereupon be canceled.

More Definitions of Project Preparation Advance

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Recipient pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Association on August 9, 2002, and on behalf of the Recipient on September 5, 2002;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the International Development Association (the Association) to the Borrower pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Association on April 07, 2005 and on behalf of the Borrower on May 11, 2005;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated November 7, 1997 and November 25, 1997, and October 7, 1998 and October 22, 1998 respectively, between the Borrower and the Association;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Bank to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated March 26, 1997 and April 26, 1997 between the Borrower and the Bank;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Bank to the Borrower pursuant to a Letter Agreement dated November 8, 1995 between the Borrower and the Bank.

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Recipient pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Association on February 19, 2004 and on behalf of the Recipient on March 2, 2004;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to the letter agreement dated November 12, 2001, between the Association and signed on behalf of the Borrower on January 23, 2002;
