The Parties anticipate that the following local Development Permits and other regulatory permits will be needed to complete the Development of the Project: Site Plan approval, plat approvals (preliminary or final), street, water, sewer and stormwater construction drawing approval, building permits, certificates of compliance, Union County water and sewer permits, and stormwater control measure agreements.
Seller shall cooperate with Purchaser and shall consider and address any reasonable comments or questions relating to the Project Site Plan that are reasonably and timely requested by Purchaser within such review period.
The ALTA Survey shall include an overlay of the proposed Project Facilities to be installed on the Project Site as indicated by the Project Site Plan.
Seller will submit to Purchaser before the Firm Date substantially completed drafts or subsequent versions of the Project Site Plan prior to finalization together with all necessary environmental buffer assessments and reports, to afford Purchaser an opportunity to review the same; provided that Purchaser’s review period will not exceed thirty (30) days.
Prior to the Firm Date, Seller shall have delivered to Purchaser the Project Site Plan in accordance with Section 5.4.6 .
