Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;
Project Start Date means the date set out in Section 2.2 on which the Applicant can start incurring Project Costs, understood to be the Project Start Date of the first Milestone as indicated in Schedule C;

The effective date of this Investment Agreement shall be the Project Start Date.
