The Borrower and the Association hereby agree that the obligations set forth in Section 9.03, 9.04, 9.05, 9.06, 9.07 and 9.08 of the General Conditions (relating to insurance, use of goods and services, plans and schedules, records and reports, maintenance and land acquisition, respectively) in respect of the Project shall be carried out respectively by the Project States pursuant to Section 2.03 of the Project Agreement.
Carrying out a program to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Project States and other entities involved in the implementation of the Project.
The Recipient shall: (a) through MOEF, be responsible for overall implementation of the Project; (b) through MOEF and NPMU, with the assistance of PEAs, carry out Part A of the Project; and (c) through NPMU, cause each of the Project States to carry out its Respective Part of the Project with the assistance of the respective SPMUs and the PEAs.
The Project States shall carry out the obligations set forth in Sections 9.04, 9.05, 9.06, 9.07, 9.08 and 9.09 of the General Conditions (relating to insurance, use of goods and services, plans and schedules, records and reports, maintenance and land acquisition, respectively) in respect of the relevant parts of Parts A and B, and Part C, of the Project.
Any action required or permitted to be taken, and any document required or permitted to be executed, under this Agreement on behalf of each Project State may be taken or executed by its Chief Secretary or such other person or persons as the respective Project State shall designate in writing and each of the Project States shall furnish to the Association sufficient evidence of the authority and the authenticated specimen signature of each such person.
