Project / Unit means the Cellule de Pilotage et de Suivi, the unit created within the ministry of the Recipient in charge of urbanism by the Arrêté No. 0054/XXXX/DC/SG/DUA/SA, dated as of July 14, 2005 (Project Unit Arrêté), as referenced in paragraph 2 (a) of Section I.A. of Schedule 2 of this Agreement.
