Promoter Selling Shareholder Statements means statements specifically made by the Promoter Selling Shareholder in relation to itself and its respective portion of the Offered Shares;
Promoter Selling Shareholder Statements means the disclosures relating to (i) Promoter Selling Shareholder; and (ii) the Offered Shares;
Promoter Selling Shareholder Statements has the meaning given to such term in Clauses 4.20 of this Agreement.
