Promotion Materials definition

Promotion Materials or “Promotional Materials” shall mean promotional, advertising, communication and educational materials relating to the Product for use in connection with the marketing, promotion, Detailing and sale of the Product for Co-Promotion to PCPs in the Territory, and the content thereof, and shall include, without limitation, promotional literature, Product samples, Product support materials, field communication, educational, training or clinical publications, and other promotional materials provided by Auxilium to Oscient to prepare for or to be used in Detailing Product.
Promotion Materials mean all advertising, promotional and communication materials, in whatever form or medium, for marketing, advertising, promotion, labeling and/or education of all or part of the Combined Systems in the Agreed Markets approved by the Parties in accordance with Section 6.2.1. For clarity, “Promotion Materials” only includes such materials for each Party’s discrete System to the extent such System is being promoted in the context of the Combined Systems.
Promotion Materials means the materials about the Products that will be delivered to ADVC to assist ADVC in the distribution of the Products, which may be delivered to ADVC electronically in an electronic medium.

  • Information Materials has the meaning given that term in Section 9.6.

SAP Materials do not include the Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information or the Cloud Service. SAP Materials may also be referred to in the Agreement as “Cloud Materials”.

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Promotional Material means all material used in the promotion of, or otherwise in connection with, the Business (whether written or recorded in any other medium) and includes artwork, advertising materials (irrespective of the medium in which they are recorded), display materials, packaging materials, brochures, posters and internal and external signage.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Publicity Material means the promotional gifts, catalogues, pamphlets and all and any advertising and publicity material whatsoever which an Exhibitor wishes to display, distribute or use at the Exhibition.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Biological Materials means certain tangible biological materials that are necessary for the effective exercise of the Patent Rights, which materials are described on Exhibit A, as well as tangible materials that are routinely produced through use of the original materials, including, for example, any progeny derived from a cell line, monoclonal antibodies produced by hybridoma cells, DNA or RNA replicated from isolated DNA or RNA, recombinant proteins produced through use of isolated DNA or RNA, and substances routinely purified from a source material included in the original materials (such as recombinant proteins isolated from a cell extract or supernatant by non-proprietary affinity purification methods). These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.

  • Advertising Materials means all advertising, merchandising, promotional and display materials of or concerning the Licensed Products.

  • Solicitation Materials means, collectively, the solicitation materials with respect to the Plan.

  • Regulatory Materials means regulatory applications, submissions, notifications, registrations, Marketing Authorizations or other written materials, correspondence, submissions made to or with a Regulatory Authority that are necessary or reasonably desirable in order to Develop, Manufacture or Commercialize the Licensed Products in the Field in a particular country.

  • Packaging Materials means art and mechanical formats for a Software Title including the retail packaging, end user instruction manual with end user license agreement and warranties, end user warnings, FPU media label, and any promotional inserts and other materials that are to be included in the retail packaging.

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;
