Promotional Activities definition

Promotional Activities means activities by which a member may accrue loyalty Points, other benefits and/or entry into a prize draw.

More Definitions of Promotional Activities

Promotional Activities means every solicitation or attempt to bring about the sale, exchange, lease, assignment, license, or award with regard to a timeshare interest in real estate.
Promotional Activities means those activities normally undertaken by a pharmaceutical company’s sales force to implement marketing plans and strategies aimed at encouraging the FDA approved use of a prescription pharmaceutical product including Detailing. When used as a verb, “Promote” or “Promoting” means engagement in such activities.

Promotional Activities means those activities undertaken to encourage sales of the Products, including: journal advertising, broadcast advertising, direct mail programs, detailing, customer meetings, conventions and trade show exhibits, Product presentations, end user training, marketing plan development, ongoing post-market development, demand generation, symposia and other forms of advertising, promotion, sales and customer support.
Promotional Activities means all contests, sweepstakes, direct marketing and email marketing campaigns and other marketing and promotional activities of the Company.
Promotional Activities means activities of the nature described in clauses 10.6.
Promotional Activities will have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b)(i).
