Promotional Activities definition

Promotional Activities means activities or communications, by or on behalf of an issuer, that promote or could reasonably be expected to promote the purchase or sale of securities of the issuer, but does not include any of the following:
Promotional Activities means activities by which a member may accrue loyalty Points, other benefits and/or entry into a prize draw.
Promotional Activities means every solicitation or attempt to bring about the sale, exchange, lease, assignment, license, or award with regard to a timeshare interest in real estate.

Promotional Activities means those activities normally undertaken by a pharmaceutical company’s sales force to implement marketing plans and strategies aimed at encouraging the FDA approved use of a prescription pharmaceutical product including Detailing. When used as a verb, “Promote” or “Promoting” means engagement in such activities.
