Promotional Rights definition

Promotional Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.16.

  • As between the City, on the one hand, and MBU and Tenant, on the other hand, MBU and Tenant own all Promotional Rights exclusively and on a worldwide basis, including, but not limited to, the right to exercise and exploit the Promotional Rights in any and all media, now known or hereafter invented, and for any and all purposes, products and services throughout and for all countries and territories of the world.

  • The City shall not use, sell, assign, commercialize or otherwise exploit the Promotional Rights without the written permission of MBU or Tenant, which may be given or withheld in MBU’s or Tenant’s absolute discretion.

  • If Content Provider does not have the rights necessary to make available such Future Content in accordance with the foregoing, then Content Provider shall use its best efforts to (i) acquire the necessary rights to make available such Future Content as soon as possible (and grant Promotional Rights therefore to UnraveledTV), and (ii) notify UnraveledTV immediately upon Content Provider acquisition of such rights.

  • With respect to any Content published on or after the Effective Date (“Future Content”), notwithstanding the date upon which Content Provider shall make available such Future Content, Content Provider shall Make Available each program of such Future Content (and grant Promotional Rights therefore to UnraveledTV) no later than ten days following final edits.

  • Promotional Rights Proponent may, in partnership with Facilities develop promotional programs which support brand or product initiatives, subject to prior approval by the Moose Jaw Downtown & Soccer/Field-House Facilities Inc.


More Definitions of Promotional Rights

Promotional Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 21.1.
Promotional Rights means the right to display, use, and/or otherwise disseminate, by any means or media now known or hereafter developed, the Player’s Likeness for the promotion, marketing, or advertising of the League Entities, any PWHL Game, or the sport of hockey in general, during or after the Term of this Agreement, consistent with the CBA.
Promotional Rights means the right and obligation to promote the exhibition of the Local Series and/or Extended Content, if applicable, using the Promotional Materials in the best possible way.
