Proof of booking the Booking Confirmation shall serve as prima facie proof of the contract for carriage between a Passenger and the Carrier. Carriage of a Passenger is subject entirely to these Terms & Conditions and any written authorised direction given by or on behalf of the Carrier to the Passenger.
