Proper Operational Condition definition

Proper Operational Condition means the correct operational status of the Equipment, as defined by the Vendor or by Orange, which includes the ability of the Equipment to run its specified operating system software, but not applications software.
Proper Operational Condition means that the System is functioning in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and the parameters set forth in this Service Description.

Proper Operational Condition means that the Flexible SSL service is functioning in accordance with the parameters of the Flexible SSL Service, as set forth in this Service Description and in the SRFs.
