Property Companies definition

Property Companies means TP6 Oxie AB (reg. no. 556921-5196), TPL 1 Oxie AB (reg. no. 556921-5204) and TP9 Oxie AB (reg. no. 559030-8051).
Property Companies means Comodo Real Estate AB (Swedish Reg. No. 556119-7095) and Prime Living Spånga AB (Swedish Reg. No. 556411-2695).
Property Companies means any Finnish Property Company and any Swedish Property Company and any other limited liability company or mutual real estate company of which the Issuer or the Swedish HoldCo owns 100 per cent. of the issued share capital, and which holds legal title to a Real Estate, as applicable, from time to time.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Members agree to make such non-economic changes as any Lender(s) may require with respect to this Agreement and/or to the organizational documents of the Property Companies, including, without limitation, the addition of a non-member manager and/or independent director to the structure of any Property Company to the extent not already in place.

  • The Contributing Parties, the Property Companies and the Starwood Parties, at or after Closing, and without further consideration, shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to the other such other documents and instruments, and take such other actions, as either shall reasonably request or as may be necessary more effectively to transfer to the Partnerships the Property in accordance with this Agreement.
