Property Company means a company -

Property Company means Amager Strandvej 60-64/Ved Amagerbanen 37 ApS, a company existing under the laws of Denmark with registration no. 37511455 which holds title to the Property.

For the sake of clarity, any property company shall be a "Property Company" for the purposes of the Notes Finance Documents only if (i) the acquisition of such property company has been financed under the Bank Finance Documents and/or the Notes Finance Documents and/or funds standing to the credit of the Deposit Accounts and/or (ii) the shares in, and/or assets of, which becomeare subject to Transaction Security.
