Property Documents definition

Property Documents means, collectively, (a) the Leases, (b) the Contracts, and (c) any other documents or instruments which constitute, evidence or create any portion of the Property.
Property Documents. Reciprocal easement and/or operating agreements, easements, covenants, exceptions, conditions and restrictions in each case affecting the Leased Property or any portion thereof, but excluding, in any event, all Fee Mortgage Documents.
Property Documents is defined in Section 2.1(v).

Examples of Property Documents in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, Seller makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the Property Documents or any other documents and information Seller may provide to Buyer.

  • No Seller has received written notice alleging any violation of law (including any Environmental Law (as hereinafter defined)), municipal or county ordinances or other legal requirements with respect to such Seller’s Property where such violation remains outstanding, and to Seller’s Knowledge, except as may be disclosed in the Current Property Documents, no material violation of any of the foregoing exists.

  • Company will familiarize itself with all Property Documents directly affecting the management of the Property and provided by Authority to Company.

  • Company will comply with all Property Documents and notify Authority immediately upon knowledge that Authority or the Property may be in violation of the Property Documents.


More Definitions of Property Documents

Property Documents means, collectively, (a) the Leases, (b) the Contracts, and (c) any other documents or instruments which constitute or otherwise create any portion of the Property.
Property Documents means any and all of the agreements that create (or otherwise concern) property interests and/or rights (including all leases, wayleaves, easements, and servitudes) in favour of the Company, to which the Customer is also party or which relate to the Connection Equipment;
Property Documents means all books, records and files of Seller and of the Manager for any Property related thereto (other than those books, records or files containing Confidential Materials, provided, however that Seller shall make available extracts of non-confidential information contained in such books, records or files).
Property Documents has the meaning defined in Section 4.1(a).
Property Documents means, individually and/or collectively, as the context may require, each REA.
Property Documents means, with respect to any SF Property, the documents set forth on Schedule 3.
