Property/Project means the common or colloquial name used to identify a specific piece of land or project that was the subject of the original application for an OCCB grant.

• Upon assignment, in whole or in part, and the express written assumption by the Assignee of such assignment, of Developer's rights and interests under this Agreement, Developer shall be released from its obligations with respect to the Property/Project (or any portion thereof), and any lot, parcel, or portion thereof so assigned to the extent arising subsequent to the effective date of such assignment.
