The Tangible Personal Property Report (SF-428) is a standard form to be used by awarding agencies to collect information related to tangible personal property when required by a Federal financial assistance award.
The Property Report must define each right affected, identify the boundaries and ownership thereof and clearly record all information related to these rights.
Recipients should utilize the Tangible Personal Property Report form series (SF-428) to report tangible personal property.
The Recipient must submit an electronic copy and one hard copy of the SF-428 Tangible Personal Property Report to the AOR and one electronic copy and one hard copy to the Agreement Specialist 60 days prior to the anniversary date of this Agreement.
Each change in the Unencumbered Properties Borrowing Base shall be effective upon receipt of a new Unencumbered Property Report pursuant to Section 9.02(b).
