Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.

Non-Public Works and Improvements means all competitively solicited procurement of Supplies and/or Services by the City not solicited as Public Works.
Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by any Group Company, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other Third Party upon the expiration or termination of the Lease for such Leased Real Property.

Retail Property means Real Property that is used primarily as a retail shopping center, which may include ancillary uses such as office, medical and restaurant uses.
Property Insurance is defined in Section 6.10(a).

Adjacent Property means all land adjoining and surrounding the Stadium Site on which will be located any public streets, sidewalks, plazas, or bridges and any public or private parking facilities or other accoutrements to be developed by Authority or other parties in connection with the Project.
Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.
Leased Intangible Property means all Intangible Property (as defined in the Purchase and Sale Agreement) acquired by Landlord with respect to the Leased Property pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.
Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.
Intangible Property shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.1(c) hereof.

The Properties means and refer to all such existing properties, and additions thereto, as are subject to this Declaration or any Supplemental Declaration under the provisions of Article II hereof.

Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.
