Proportionate Basis means the relevant proportion for each Council by reference to their respective percentage contribution as set out in Clause 12.5.3 (Councils' Contribution)
Proportionate Basis means when used with respect to the redemption of Bonds, that the funds available for payment of the Redemption Price, before rounding, shall be applied so that the percentage of the Bond Value of each maturity to be redeemed (in relation to the amount of Bonds of such maturity Outstanding immediately before such redemption) shall equal the same percentage for every maturity.
