The Fees and Expenses related to this Agreement are outlined in the Official Proposal Price Sheet that is part of the Proposal and incorporated in this Agreement by reference.
Where there appears to be a conflict between the General Terms and Conditions, Special Conditions, the Technical Specifications, the Pricing Section, or any addendum issued, the order of precedence will be: the last addendum issued, the Proposal Price Section, the Technical Specifications, the Special Conditions, and then the General Terms and Conditions.
The Contractor shall be required to provide service to any additional sites and facilities subject to all conditions identified herein and subject to the Contractor average price per square foot as submitted in the Request for Proposal Price Sheet.
