Proposed Financing definition

Proposed Financing has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(a).

Examples of Proposed Financing in a sentence

  • The Company shall give the Investors the opportunity to participate in the offering by giving the Investors not less than ten (10) days notice setting forth the terms of the Proposed Financing.

  • If the Company subsequently changes the price or terms so that the terms are at a price or more favorable to the investors in the Proposed Financing, the Company shall re-offer the securities to the Investor as provided in this Section 5.5.

  • The terms on which the Investor shall purchase securities pursuant to the Proposed Financing shall be the same as such securities are purchased by other investors in such Proposed Financing.

More Definitions of Proposed Financing

Proposed Financing as of any date of determination means any loan, financing or series of financings proposed to be provided to the Fund, including, without limitation, under any proposed credit facility, reverse repurchase facility, debt issuance facility or other financing arrangement.
