Employee recognizes and acknowledges that the Propriety Information (as hereinafter defined) is a valuable, special and unique asset of the Company's business.
Without limiting the foregoing, Propriety Information includes all information that has or could have commercial value or other utility in the business in which the Employer is engaged or contemplates engaging during the Employment Period, and all information of which the unauthorized disclosure could be detrimental to the interests of the Employer, whether or not such information is identified as confidential information.
