Propulsion Systems definition

Propulsion Systems has the meaning set out in Clause 2.3.
Propulsion Systems has the meaning set out in Clause 2.2.
Propulsion Systems means collectively the two (2) CFM International model CFM56- 5b3/3 aircraft engines bearing manufacturer's serial numbers [•] and [•], together with all parts incorporated in, installed on, or attached to such Propulsion Systems on the Delivery Date, and any replacement engine therefor with effect from the time title to which has passed to the Lessor pursuant to the Lease.

  • The Seller agrees to notify the Buyer as soon as it receives notice of any such amendment from the Propulsion Systems Manufacturer.

  • The Propulsion Systems Reference Price, the prices of the related equipment and the Propulsion Systems Price Revision Formula are based on information received from the Propulsions Systems Manufacturer and are subject to amendment by the Propulsion Systems Manufacturer at any time prior to the Delivery Date.

  • If the Propulsion Systems Manufacturer makes any such amendment, the amendment shall be automatically incorporated into this Agreement and the Propulsion Systems Reference Price, the prices of the related equipment and the Propulsion Systems Price Revision Formula shall be adjusted accordingly.

  • The Buyer’s rights under this Clause 12.1 are subject to the Aircraft and each component, equipment, accessory and part thereof being maintained, overhauled, repaired and operated in accordance with accepted industry standard practices, all Technical Data and any other instructions issued by the Seller, the Suppliers and the Propulsion Systems Manufacturer and all applicable rules, regulations and directives of the relevant Aviation Authorities.

  • Upon the Buyer’s request, the Seller shall provide to the Buyer the list of the maintenance and overhaul training courses provided by major Suppliers and the applicable Propulsion Systems Manufacturer on their respective products.

Propulsion Systems means Evinrude outboard engines and Rotax engines.
