Propulsion Systems Manufacturer definition

Propulsion Systems Manufacturer means the manufacturer of the Propulsion Systems as set out in Clause 2.3.
Propulsion Systems Manufacturer means the manufacturer of the Propulsion Systems as set out in Clause 2.2. Propulsion Systems Price is set out in Part 2 of Exhibit C.   • The Seller agrees to notify the Buyer as soon as it receives notice of any such amendment from the Propulsion Systems Manufacturer.

  • The Propulsion Systems Reference Price, the prices of the related equipment and the Propulsion Systems Price Revision Formula are based on information received from the Propulsions Systems Manufacturer and are subject to amendment by the Propulsion Systems Manufacturer at any time prior to the Delivery Date.

  • For other Aircraft and engine types, supplied by Propulsion Systems Manufacturer concurrently with the Airframe IPC.

  • The Buyer’s rights under this Clause 12.1 are subject to the Aircraft and each component, equipment, accessory and part thereof being maintained, overhauled, repaired, and operated in accordance with accepted industry standard practices, all technical documentation and any other instructions issued by the Seller and the Suppliers and the Propulsion Systems Manufacturer and all applicable rules, regulations and directives of relevant Aviation Authorities.

  • The Seller shall ensure that major Suppliers and the applicable Propulsion Systems Manufacturer provide maintenance training and overhaul training on their products at appropriate times.

  • The Buyer's rights under this Clause 12.1 are subject to the Aircraft and each component, equipment, accessory and part thereof being maintained, overhauled, repaired, and operated in accordance with accepted industry standard practices, all technical documentation and any other instructions issued by the Seller and the Suppliers and the Propulsion Systems Manufacturer and all applicable rules, regulations and directives of relevant Aviation Authorities.

  • Engine Manufacturer means CFM International, Inc.

  • Manufacturer means the person or body who is responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stage of the construction of the vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit which is the subject of the approval process.

  • Satellite Manufacturer means, with respect to any Satellite, the prime contractor and manufacturer of such Satellite.

  • Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.
