Where there is any breach Council may without any further warning:a) Issue Penalty Infringement Notices (On-the-spot fines);b) Issue notices and orders;c) Prosecute any person breaching this consent; and/ord) Seek injunctions/orders before the courts to restrain and remedy any breach.
