Prosecution and Enforcement definition

Prosecution and Enforcement means (i) the preparation, filing for, prosecution, maintenance of registrations thereof and applications for any such registration (ii) the conduct of interferences, re examinations, reissues, oppositions or requests for term extensions with respect thereto and (iii) the conduct of any enforcement proceeding with respect thereto (whether infringement, misuse, misappropriation or otherwise) or any declaratory judgment proceeding with respect thereto; and “Prosecute and Enforce” shall have the correlative meaning.
