Protected Customers definition

Protected Customers means any Person to whom the Company has sold its products or services or solicited to sell its products or services during the twelve (12) months prior to the Determination Date.

Protected Customers means any Person to whom the Company has sold its products or services or solicited to sell its products or services, other than through general advertising targeted at consumers, during the 12 months prior to the Determination Date.

Protected Customers means any Person to whom the Company has sold or provided its products or services during the twelve (12) months prior to the Determination Date.

Protected Customers means customers of the Company that purchased Competitive Services from the Company within one (1) year prior to the Determination Date.

Protected Customers means customers or actively sought potential customers with whom I had material contact, which shall include customers or actively sought potential customers (i) who I dealt with on behalf of the Company; (ii) whose dealings with the Company are or were coordinated or supervised by me; or (iii) about whom I obtained Confidential Information as a result of my employment with the Company.

Protected Customers mean customers of the Company within the United States or prospective customers of the Company within the United States that have been actively solicited by the Company. After Executive's Date of Termination, Protected Customers shall include only those customers and prospective customers of the Company with whom Executive had material contact during his employment with the Company (with "material contact" meaning direct personal contact or direct supervisory contact with other employees or personnel of the Company who in turn had direct personal contact with the prospective customers), or about whom Executive learned or had ready access to Confidential Information, during the one year period immediately prior to the Date of Termination of the Executive.
