Protected Employees definition

Protected Employees means employees of the Company who were employed by the Company at any time within six (6) months prior to the Determination Date.

Protected Employees means employees of the Company or its affiliated companies who are employed by the Company or its affiliated companies at any time within six (6) months prior to the date of termination of Executive for any reason whatsoever or any earlier date (during the Restricted Period) of an alleged breach of the Restrictive Covenants by Executive.

Protected Employees means any employee of the Company Group who was employed during Executive’s employment and with whom Executive either (i) had a supervisory relationship; or (ii) worked or communicated on a regular basis regarding the Company Group’s business.
