Provider Supply Agreement means the agreement between Provider and the “Project Owner” as identified on Appendix B, pursuant to which the Project Owner has agreed to sell, and the Provider has agreed to purchase, among other things, Capacity Attributes comprising the Showing Quantity from the Project.
