Provider System definition

Provider System the information and communications technology system used by the Provider in performing the Services including the Provider’s equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Department System);
Provider System means any such electronic or hard copy system/process utilised in the delivery of the Services and that is used to transfer, disclose, receive or store Authority Data including, but not limited to, any web enabled system, database, electronic media, e-mail or hard copy system.
Provider System means the system set forth in the applicable Participation Form, operated by Provider for Provider Dealer Clients.

More Definitions of Provider System

Provider System means any System owned or licensed by any member of the Provider Group, or which by any member of the Provider Group otherwise has rights of use.
Provider System means the software, hardware, middle ▇▇▇▇, servers or any other item operated by or behalf of Provider, and communications connectivity used in conjunction with the foregoing.

It also includes access to the entire VIVA HEALTH network of dermatology, ear, nose, and throat (ENT), ophthalmology, optometry, podiatry, chiropractic, pain management, allergy, mental health and substance use, endocrinology, urology, and rheumatology providers, durable medical equipment, ancillary services, and select additional urgent care providers.
Provider System shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(c).
Provider System means Provider’s proprietary electronic health records technology, including software, user interface designs, “look and feel,” architecture, libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Provider or licensed to Provider from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of the Provider System conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by either Party.
