The Provisional Acceptance Certificate shall be formalized within eight (8) calendar days from the date of its request by one of the Parties, provided that all the terms and activities under the Contract have been fulfilled.
Following the signing of the Provisional Acceptance Certificate, the Contractor shall be entitled to issue the relevant invoice.
