Provisional Acceptance Certificate definition

Provisional Acceptance Certificate means the document stating the satisfactory result of the inspection and activities in relation to the Goods and Products received by Eiffage Energía. This document shall likewise include the necessary modifications or corrections of deficiencies identified during the corresponding inspection and/or tests.
Provisional Acceptance Certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.2 hereof.
Provisional Acceptance Certificate means the certificate issued by the Client in accordance with GC 52.1.

  • The Provisional Acceptance Certificate shall be formalized within eight (8) calendar days from the date of its request by one of the Parties, provided that all the terms and activities under the Contract have been fulfilled.

  • Following the signing of the Provisional Acceptance Certificate, the Contractor shall be entitled to issue the relevant invoice.

  • If the PAC has been passed with certain minor finish work still pending execution, the Principal shall sign the Provisional Acceptance Certificate, provided that the pending minor finish works (the Punch List Works) are listed in an attached document signed by the Parties (the Punch List), and that a period of up to thirty (30) days, or the different period agreed upon by the Parties on the basis of the general accepted commercial practice, is set therein for completion of the Punch List Works.


More Definitions of Provisional Acceptance Certificate

Provisional Acceptance Certificate means a certificate issued and signed by the Owner and delivered to the Contractor stating that the works have been substantially and successfully completed at site in accordance with the terms and conditions of Contract.
